Building in public
What we’re building
Juggle ships every day right now. This page is the honest ledger of what just landed and what comes next, written for the members whose people live in the product. It gets updated when something real ships, not on a marketing calendar, and we don’t promise dates. If something here matters to you, tell us and it moves up.
Just shipped
This week
Ask the Coach, and the Coach answers
Tap Ask the coach on anyone's card and it starts with a real read: your rhythm together, what today means, and the message it would send, written out and ready. Edit it, refresh it, send it from your own Messages. And tell the Coach something about them and it becomes a note on their card that the Coach remembers.
Groups that can never vanish
A deleted group's ghost could quietly eat its replacement. Found, proven, fixed for good: create a group, and it is yours until you delete it, on every device.
Text a group your way
One thread with everyone, or a private note to each person. Write it once with {first} and Juggle deals your group one at a time, each message personal, each one sent by you. A Merry Christmas lands differently when it comes just to them.
Groups stay until you say so
An emptied group used to vanish from your filters. Now a group lives until you delete it. And groups finally order themselves: Extra Care first, then alphabetical, until you arrange them yourself.
Adding a friend is one search away
Tap the plus and just start typing. Juggle searches your own history as you type, and one tap brings the person in with their number, their email, and a connection goal already set to how often you two actually talk. Someone new? Keep typing and the classic form is right there.
Goals that learn from real life
The Coach now asks when a goal and reality disagree. You connect with Sam about every six weeks. Want the goal to match, or keep aiming closer? Your call, either way, and it never asks twice in a season.
Everything the old Juggle kept, offered back
The original Juggle held photos and birthdays for the people you brought in, and we rescued all of it. Bring in your history now and the faces and dates come with it. Already imported? The Coach brings one card with one decision: bring them in. One member got 74 photos and 26 birthdays back in a single tap.
Drop in any export, we read it
LinkedIn connections, Google Contacts, Outlook, Apple contacts from your iPhone. Drop the file in exactly as it came and Juggle reads it: names, numbers, emails, birthdays, companies. No renaming columns, no reformatting, ever. Extra numbers and emails stay on the card as second ways to reach them.
Ask for a birthday, offer yours
When the Coach drafts a birthday ask, it now trades: when's yours, mine is June 12. Mutual sharing feels right, and it gets the yes.
Your Poker group suggests poker people
Group suggestions now think like the Coach. Name a group Poker and it suggests the friends whose notes actually say poker, first, every time.
Anniversaries celebrate like birthdays
Key dates now get the birthday treatment on the day, labeled in your own words: Anniversary, Sobriety date, PhD defense. You wrote it down because it matters. Now Juggle celebrates it with you.
Setup that finishes and disappears
Notifications, your monthly report, your Mac: one Setup section now counts itself down, and when everything is done it quietly leaves. The Coach nudges the one missing step, then never mentions it again.
The Coach asks who that is
Your calendar is full of the people you give your time to. When an upcoming event carries an email the Coach does not recognize, it asks one gentle question: is this your Troy? One tap adds the address to their card and their time with you counts from then on. And if it is someone new worth juggling, one tap starts that too.
Adding someone asks what matters
A cell number, so their texts and calls count on their own. And a quiet option for the little ones: mark them a minor and connect through the grown-up who reaches them.
Connect your Mac with one tap
The new installer is signed and checked by Apple, so your Mac opens it without a single warning. It sets everything up, then your browser opens Juggle and asks one question: connect this Mac? One tap, and your texts, calls, and time together start counting on their own. Nothing to type, ever.
Faces that fill the room
Your people now fill the canvas, shaped to your screen, with bigger balls and bigger pictures. These are your people. Their faces should make you smile the moment you arrive.
Your month so far, live
The report now opens to the month in progress, building day by day, with every past month one tap away. And each person's button is the Coach's actual best next move: Call, it's their day. Text about poker. Start small, say hi.
Counted for Tilly too
Log a call with someone who keeps you close to their kids, and the Coach asks the natural next question: did you also connect with Tilly? One tap says yes and the moment counts for her too. One tap says no and nothing is logged.
Pick a few people at once
The group editor now has a Select mode: check several people and add or remove them together. Building your Poker group takes seconds.
The Coach hears you the first time
Wave off a suggestion and it stays away for a month, every kind of suggestion, every time. And the Coach now varies what it brings you: a birthday, a photo, a reconnection, never the same thought on repeat.
Share the thing you love
Give a month, get a month now travels with you: a Refer a friend button on your profile, and the Coach occasionally suggests inviting the one friend who would genuinely love it. When they subscribe, you both get a month free.
One click and your Mac is connected
In your profile there is now one button. It downloads the Juggle Coach installer, signed and checked by Apple. Open it, answer one question in your browser, and the Coach installs itself and brings its own engine along. From then on it keeps itself up to date. Nothing to know, nothing to repeat.
Your month in review
Once a month a gentle email arrives with the month you just had: who you reconnected with, who is getting closer, and who is drifting, with your energy day by day beside the month before. Open it any time and walk back through the months before it.
Extra care, right when it counts
Write a note about what a friend is going through and the Coach moves them to the front of your suggestions and the top of your home screen, and offers to gather a few of your people around them in an Extra Care group. It never says why. That stays between you and your notes.
Your shared card, working for you
Your photo, your interests, and the history you share now flow to the fellow Jugglers who keep you close, and theirs flow back to you. What you put on the card is what gets shared, nothing more.
Start free with 21 people
Lite is free: 21 people and 3 groups, a Fibonacci number on purpose. Founding membership is still $80 a year locked for life. And give a month, get a month: when a friend joins from your invite link and subscribes, you both get a month free.
A busy calendar stays in its lane
One switch keeps a person's plans out of your Upcoming box, so a full calendar leaves room for everyone else. Nothing else about that person changes.
A real conversation counts like one
When you actually talk, the Coach gives that the weight it deserves. Time on the phone together says more than a wave, and now the scoring agrees.
Calls and time together count on their own
With the Coach on your Mac, an answered call counts as a connection and a missed one doesn't. Dinner on the calendar counts once it has happened. The Coach reads who and when, never a word of what was said.
A contact card worth lingering on
Every person's card got a redesign: their name in a warm serif, a ring that shows the health of the relationship at a glance, and the story of your history together right below.
Room for 100,000 memories
We rebuilt storage from the ground up for full-history capture, so years of texts, calls, and time together load fast and stay smooth.
A setup list that clears itself
Your profile now shows what's left to set up and checks items off as you go. And when the same person arrives twice, Juggle merges the duplicates automatically.
Connect your Mac and texts count on their own
Put the Coach on your Mac and the texts you already send become connections, from your iPhone, your iPad, and your Mac. A 40-message conversation is one honest connection. You never type a log again.
The coach drafts in your voice
Ask for help reaching out and the coach writes the text the way you would say it. You edit it, you send it, always.
Tell the coach
Talk back. Tell it a friend prefers breakfast meetups, or that a suggestion missed the mark, and it listens. You can see and edit everything the coach knows, any time.
Room for complicated relationships
Some relationships carry distance, conflict, or grief. Tell the coach and the reminders stop. No nudges, no guilt, no scorekeeping. The person can stay close in your world for as long as you want, and if you ever ask about a first step, the coach helps gently, and only then.
Juggle on your phone
Open letsjuggle.ai on your phone and add it to your home screen. It installs like an app, built phone-first, with the coach and your next people right up top.
Sign in with a six digit code
No password to remember. A code arrives by email, you type it in, and you are in, even inside the installed app.
Calendar connections
Connect Google or Microsoft, read only, and the lunch you already had counts as time with your people, without you typing a thing.
Logging with zero effort
Tap to text or call someone from Juggle and the connection logs itself, with a quick undo if it guessed wrong. Connecting is your job. Bookkeeping is ours.
Group texts that reach everyone
Text the whole crew in one tap, the cousins, the book club, the poker night, and the connection counts for every person in it.
Real memberships, synced everywhere
Founding membership is live, $80 a year locked for life. Everything you add saves to your account and follows you to every device, no sync button anywhere.
Up next
In flight or close to it. No dates, just the honest order of what we’re working on.
A coach that remembers what you passed on
Dismiss a suggestion and it stays dismissed for a good long while. The coach should never repeat itself the very next morning.
Setup you can finish later
If a stray tap knocks you out of getting set up, you will be able to pick up right where you left off, no starting over.
Care for the people we have lost
A gentle way to remember, or to let go of, someone who has passed away. No reminders, ever. Just care.
Apple Calendar via iCloud
For members whose calendar lives with Apple rather than Google or Microsoft.
Energy insights that compare fairly
Group energy that reads honestly, so a circle of three and a crowd of thirty can stand side by side and mean something.
A screen that is kind to your battery
Your screen will rest when you are not looking at it and wake the moment you touch it.
On the drawing board
A demo that shows the magic
The in-app sample world will show what capture really feels like: connections badged as counted on their own, a history as rich as a real one, so the first five minutes look like the real thing.
Found something rough?
We would love to know. Juggle gets better because members tell us what they notice, and more than one thing on this page started as a note from a single member. Email John directly, he reads every one, or use the feedback door inside the app.
